Background:

Whitesell recently produced a short documentary highlighting logistic center benefits when planned appropriately and in concert with local municipalities. Several former local mayors were kind enough to speak with us during our production. This video clip is a portion of the documentary which focuses on The Haines Center in Burlington & Florence Townships on US Route 130 and NJ Turnpike Exit 6A as an example of a properly zoned, well-maintained, tax revenue producing industrial logistics center. The Haines Center is a past recipient of an NJBIA "New Good Neighbors Award" and an "Impact Award" from the NJ-NAIOP.
