Whitesell Construction Co., Inc. is southern New Jersey’s largest
privately owned real estate development company. The company owns
over 8.7 million square feet of commercial office, industrial,
and retail space, has approximately 270 tenants, and has been in
existence for over 50 years. It is unique in today’s commercial real
estate landscape whereby, not only is the company family-owned, but
it is one of the few vertically integrated real estate developers

“Family Philanthropist of the Year” award from Family Service, the
“Quality of Life Award” from Businesses Committed to Burlington
County, the “Whitney Award for Selfless Leadership” from the Camden
County Chamber of Commerce, the “Voice of Business Award” from the
Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, and United Way Corporate Gold
Awards for company fundraising efforts. Relative to recognition of
the company’s building projects, Whitesell has received the "New
Good Neighbors" award from the New Jersey Business and Industry
Association for two of its corporate parks, the “Impact Award” from
the New Jersey - National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NJ-NAIOP), the "Best Midrise Structure" award from the
Builders League of South Jersey, and was a finalist in “Economic
Impact Deal of the Year Award” from NJ-NAIOP.

industrial warehouse space comprise more than eighty-five structures
throughout ten corporate campuses in southern New Jersey and
