The Haines Center

Named in honor of New Jersey Senator William C. Haines (R-Burlington County), the Haines Industrial Center is strategically positioned in Burlington and Florence Township, western Burlington County, 40 minutes north of center city Philadelphia. The some 700 hundred acres of rail-served land is situated just one mile from the new US Route 130 entrance to the New Jersey /Pennsylvania Turnpike connector with selected building sites having exposure to both these arterial roadways. Companies that serve the consumer and durable needs of over 50 million Americans living in the Greater Northeast will find the Haines Industrial Center is ideally suited for light manufacturing, warehousing or distributing operations that are less than one day’s drive from the nation’s most densely populated metropolitan markets.

Conceived by Whitesell more than a decade ago, the William C. Haines Industrial Center is master planned to offer a wide variety of building sites from 5 to 200 acres in addition to state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution facilities from 80,000 square feet up. Rail served on a daily basis from the Norfolk Southern/CSX Camden to Amboy, NJ freight line, the Haines Center enjoys equally outstanding access to the Northeast’s Interstate highway system at the newly completed $35 million U.S. Route 130/New Jersey Turnpike Exit 6A.

Whitesell buildings under construction at the Haines Industrial Center have been designed to accommodate the manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or light assembly operations of the World's most widely recognized corporate entities. The existing and future inventory buildings offer a variety of occupancy options that can respond to the needs of large single-purpose, single-tenants, to moderate-sized, multi-occupant flex facilities designed for growing entities with expanding markets.

And at the Haines Industrial Center, Whitesell tenants are served by a dedicated staff of highly experienced professionals and a fleet of radio-dispatched vehicles to meticulously maintain each property and promptly respond to all service requests.

A Multi-Phase Development

The Haines Industrial Center is being created in a carefully planned, multi-phased process to ensure the most sensible utilization of land and placement of activities. This time-proven process was pioneered by Whitesell more than four decades ago and is followed for every project to preserve a high-quality corporate working environment as well as protect both tenant and ownership value.

All sites are served by a full range of utilities that include high capacity gas and water mains. Unlimited sewerage capacity is available from the Florence Township Municipal Sewer Authority.

Rail service is most easily accessed from building sites fronting the New Jersey Turnpike and U.S. Route 130, but by extension of existing tracks, can be provided to any sizeable building within the complex.

STRATEGICALLY LOCATED

At the center of the Richmond, VA to Boston, Massachusetts megalopolis, the Haines Industrial Center is the unexcelled location for regional corporate facilities, be they production, warehousing or distribution operations.

Regularly scheduled rail-service and direct access to New Jersey/Pennsylvania Turnpike connector, give Whitesell buildings unimpeded connections to the nation’s interstate highway system and its national rail network.

Because the Haines Industrial Center is located at the Burlington County interstate gateway to Pennsylvania and the New Jersey Turnpike, Whitesell buildings are equi-distant from the Lehigh Valley, points south and southwest, while Metropolitan New York and New England are within hours via I-95.

The Haines Industrial Center has exceptional accessibility to public transportation. Not only does the business park benefit from a NJ Transit bus line stop located at the complex entrance on Dulty’s Lane along Route 130 (Bus Route 409), but with the new NJ Transit Florence commuter rail line station located onsite in conjunction with Burlington County’s “BurLink - B5 Route” shuttle service, employees have access to transfers from the rail station and bus stop to the their ultimate workplace destinations within The Haines Industrial Center.  The new NJ Transit River LINE commuter rail runs from Camden’s waterfront to downtown Trenton, providing connections to buses, NJ Transit and Amtrak trains to NY, and Patco to Philadelphia. This new public transportation development guarantees a large and skilled labor pool for your facility at the Haines Center.
