Whitesell is proud to report 2017 was a solid year for new leasing, renewal, and expansion activity. The firm completed over 1,985,000 square feet in lease transactions with a number of new and existing tenants.
Of note was an uptick in tenant expansions within our portfolio, and continued strong activity at the Haines Center and Laurel Corporate Center.
Given solid warehouse market fundamentals and demand for Class A warehouse space in northern Burlington County near the NJ Turnpike, in 2018, Whitesell is commencing construction of a new state-of-the-art 310,960 square foot, single-tenant warehouse lease opportunity at 600 Richards Run to be delivered at the end of 4th Quarter 2018.
