Whitesell is proud to announce its inclusion in the 59th Annual Industrial Review, “NJ Industrial Real Estate Driven By Retail,” feature appearing in the April, 2017 issue of New Jersey Business Magazine. The article, written by Tim McEntyre, discusses in part how NJ’s industrial market has been boosted by continued growth in e-commerce, retailer desire to improve upon last mile delivery, and strong institutional investor interest.

James Whitesell, Whitesell Executive Vice President, cited the firm’s solid industrial leasing activity over the past year as an indicator of the economy’s strength led by an accelerated demand of large retail and e-commerce businesses seeking to increase capacity and improve supply chain logistics. Additionally, Whitesell also cited solid 3PL warehouse demand as smaller retailers have increasingly turned to a third-party logistics fulfillment platform to compete against heavily invested companies in the e-commerce arena.
